Honesty over upselling
If a $60 repair fixes it, that's what we'll recommend — not the more expensive option.
Ghost Tech Solutions was built around a simple idea: fixing technology shouldn't require you to lose an afternoon driving around Charleston looking for the right shop.
Founder & Technician
I started Ghost Tech Solutions because I was tired of seeing the same thing happen over and over: someone's phone or laptop breaks, and the only options are a long wait at a mall kiosk, a big-box store that tries to upsell a replacement, or shipping a device off and hoping it comes back in one piece.
When you book with Ghost Tech Solutions, you're talking directly to the person doing the work — not a call center, not a corporate script. I built this business to be convenient to work with, straightforward about pricing, and honest about what actually needs fixing. That's the commitment behind every visit.
Most repair shops ask you to come to them — box up your laptop, drive across town, wait in line, and hope they have the part in stock. We flipped that. A Ghost Tech Solutions technician comes to your home or business with the tools to diagnose the issue and, in most cases, complete the repair on the spot.
That mobile-first approach is also why we don't stop at phones. Once you're already the person a customer calls for a cracked screen, it makes sense to be the same call for a slow laptop, a dead Wi-Fi signal, a smart doorbell that won't pair, or a small business network that keeps dropping calls. We built the toolkit to cover nearly all of it.
We're honest about what needs a repair and what doesn't. Every visit starts with a real diagnostic, not a sales pitch, and every repair is backed by a 90-day labor warranty. The goal is straightforward: make the tech problem disappear, and make the process of fixing it as painless as possible.

The whole business model exists to remove the "drive to a shop" step from getting tech fixed.
A 90-day labor warranty means we stand behind the work after we've left.
Part of being honest is being clear about our current limits. As Ghost Tech Solutions grows, this list will get shorter.
If you're not sure whether we can handle your specific issue, reach out before booking — we'll tell you honestly either way.
